Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)Our ADR attorneys serve as neutrals in a wide variety of matters, and all firm litigation attorneys serve as advocates for clients in alternative dispute settings. Services Provided Arbitration: An arbitrator reviews the evidence submitted by the parties, decides the facts, and makes a binding decision. We can serve as arbitrators in all sorts of disputes, either alone or as a member of a panel. Mediation: A mediator assists the parties in discussing the issues and agreeing to a voluntary resolution of a dispute. We regularly act as mediators in a wide variety of cases, whether pursuant to a court order or by an agreement of the parties. Counsel: In relation to a matter where we are counsel for one party to litigation, we regularly are engaged in ADR on behalf of our client.
