Rendi assists clients in the services, manufacturing and public sectors with a wide variety of employment matters, including employment discrimination prevention and defense, general business litigation defense, and labor relations issues. Clients include Transylvania Hospital, Flexible Foam, City of Asheville, Precept Medical Products, Inc., and Blue Ridge Community Health and Services, Inc.. Rendi has defended clients before administrative agencies and in state and federal matters.

She is a board member of the Irene Wortham Center, Child Abuse Prevention Services, the Western North Carolina Jewish Federation and Congregation Beth Israel, and sits on the United Way funding council.
