Attorney Brian Morrison is an associate in the firm's Estate Planning and Corporate practice groups. Brian handles corporate and estate planning matters for individual and corporate clients in matters of Taxation, Estate Planning and Estate Administration; and Business, Corporate and Securities.

Brian came to McGuire, Wood & Bissette after completing a Masters of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida-Levin College of Law. During his studies at the University of Florida, Brian served as an Associate Editor of the Florida Tax Review. Brian graduated cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, in September 2005, where he served on the Board of Editors for the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review. He was also employed by the law school to provide research and analysis for numerous publications including Stein on Personal Injury.

Brian is a volunteer member of the Pisgah Legal Services Tax Team, a program that assists and represents indigents in tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and provides consultation in regard to earned income and child tax credits.
