Grant works with clients in the manufacturing, medical, retail, broadcasting, financial, insurance, construction, real estate development, retirement and non-profit sectors. He assists them with issues involving employment law, real estate law, and real property by providing thorough and timely analysis, counsel and advice and, when necessary, representation in state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Clients include Countrywide Home Loans; Wachovia, N.A.; Givens Estates; and Wellco Enterprises.

Grant is a member of the Rotary Club of Asheville and a charter member of the Employment Law Committee of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Biltmore Park Homeowners Association.
