Sterling Education Services presents "Landlord-Tenant Law: Beyond the Basics," a one-day seminar on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 in Asheville. The seminar features several area professionals with extensive landlord-tenant law experience and includes topics such as: landlord-tenant law legislative updates; tenant rights and landlord responsibilities; landlord rights in lease violations; landlord-tenant mediation and dispute resolution; green building and green leases; when the tenant or landlord files bankruptcy; and ethical considerations in landlord-tenant law. The seminar is designed for property managers, developers, building owners, leasing agents, landlords and tenants, and other real estate professionals, and for attorneys that specialize in landlord-tenant law, real estate, evictions, general practice, or litigation.
